What do I do about his IMF certificate?
I was asked to purchase a IMF certificate for a loan I am getting from a Bank in South Africa. I was told that I need this to make sure the money going into my account will not be for drugs or money laundering. What would you recommend for this type of transaction?

First off, IMF or International Monetary Fund does NOT give out loans to individuals. IMF deals with balance of payments problems of governments, not personal lending That's a SCAM. Ignore it, delete it and do not ever fall for it. I hope you did not give out your personal information
