are there film producers in south africa?
We want to make a movie but dont have the money we need to know are there people or places that will look at your film and decide if it is good if they decide its good produce your film?

Yes there are, but just like other countries they will typically only "pick" movies that will make them money, and they generally also only work in specific genres. Anant Singh is a famous SA producer, as is Leon Schuster.
